HOW DOES IT WORK?
All Weight Loss Guests start with five
days on our Active Detox & Cleanse Program.
On arrival, you will receive a Health Assessment and Detox induction, plus a Fitness Test. You will nourish yourself with goodness to assist the body in remove excess toxins, doing as little or as much exercise as you wish.
Once your five-day Detox & Cleanse Program is complete, you will receive a one-to-one consultation with one of our expert Weight-Loss Consultants.
Together we will build your Program, helping you to achieve your specific goals. We will calculate a daily calorie (kcal) allowance and your target protein intake, record your measurements and track progress with follow-up consultations.
The number of follow-ups is dependent on the length of your Program. Any changes needed along the way will be made.
Better still, we take great pride in continuing to support you once you are back home maintaining your healthier lifestyle.

diverse menu that caters for all food preferences. You are free to order
however you wish throughout the day, so long as it is within your daily
kcal allowance assigned.
Everything on our menu is labelled with its calorie content, protein, and carbohydrates. This helps you to understand the different types food groups, appropriate portion sizes, and their energy content. The knowledge you will gain from this dining experience is often the biggest gift, making it easier for you to return home and put new sustainable behaviours in place.
Our breakfast buffet includes eggs, vegetables, toast, spreads, fruit, yoghurt and muesli, all portioned appropriately. Our menu includes build-your-own salads and wraps, meal combos of fish, seafood, meat, tofu, rice and vegetables, soups and curries, There’s Thai dishes to choose from, kebabs, vegan spring rolls, burgers, pasta… the list goes on. Side dishes include sweet potato, pumpkin, quinoa, rice, and vegetables.
Portioned snacks of fresh fruit, yoghurt and nuts are available throughout the day, as well as protein shakes for an alternative way to hit your target protein intake.
